CrossFit Kids (5-14 years of age) Meets Tues/Thurs 4:15-5:00pm
CrossFit Kids is for children ages 5-14 and is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, but a program specifically designed for children. We focus on proper mechanics, and program workouts to help kids improve their agility, balance, coordination, accuracy, strength, speed, power, flexibility, cardio-respiratory endurance and stamina.
If you have a teen interested in signing up for CrossFit, he or she will need to go through Intro to CrossFit before joining group classes.
