Experience and Passion Travis has loved fitness and health from a young age, growing up playing soccer, baseball, and lacrosse. He has competed in numerous National League Invitational competitions and participates yearly in the CrossFit Open. With certifications as a Level 2 CrossFit Trainer and as a Gymnastics & Olympic Lifting Coach, Travis combines his extensive background in sports and fitness to provide top-notch coaching.
