/Patricia joined us for a park workout, and learned how to squat! We took her from legs under hips, toes straight forward, quarter squat depth to feet shoulder width apart, toes slightly out, knees tracking out over toes and hip crease below parallel. She commented that the knee pain she was used to experiencing was nowhere to be found!
