/Saturday Class at 7:00am only, no open gym Sunday for Olympic Lifting Cert.
Have you signed up for the Open? You don't have to have a 500 lb deadlift or a 2 minute Fran time to participate, you just need a basic command of CrossFit movements, and a desire to compete!
This week's programming is taken directly from last year's Open. Those who participated last year can see where they've made improvement, and the rest of you can get UN-SCARED, and sign up! There is no scaling allowed in the Open, or in the WODs this week (except in case of injury, or absolute inability to perform the movements-talk to your coach), but you will see what you can accomplish when you are required to!
There will be 1 workout announced each Wednesday starting March 6th, and we will program the that Workout for the Friday following. You can do the WOD during your normal class time, but we will have Paleo Potlucks each Friday night and do the workout in a competition setting. It's a great community event and you'll really miss out if you don't join us!
