Don't forget! Open WOD runs in the 5, 6, 9am classes, Open Gym from 10-11:30, and 4pm classes. From 5-? We will run heats and come together to cheer each other on and then enjoy great food! Bring your favorite dish!

If you complete previous rounds in time, from 3:00-6:00 perform 2 rounds:
