*Set 1 – 3 reps @ 70%
*Set 2 – 3 reps @ 80%
*Set 3 – 2 reps @ 85%
*Set 4 – 1 rep @ 90%
*Set 5 – 1 rep @ 90-95%
*Set 6 – 3 reps @ 85%
*Set 7 – 5 reps @ 80%

If possible, perform this as 10 rounds each with a partner, alternating full rounds and resting while your partner works. It adds a little rest, but you’ll make up for that with increased intensity when it’s your turn.
