We're going to do a few of the Regional Workouts this week, and we'll be testing Back Squat 1 Rep Max on Friday for the class WOD.

Also, Murph is one week away! You can do it on your own as RX'd or find a partner or two to share the work with. Monday, Memorial Day at 8:00 am.
