Give yourself a pat on the back if you survived the Open! 5 weeks of tough workouts and competition have come to an end, and we are waiting for a few stragglers to complete the last WOD before we announce the winning team. Great job to everyone who participated! Let's keep up the energy and intensity this week as we complete some classic "girl" workouts.
