Get ready to crush some Double Unders! 

The Check-In Challenge for June is: Max Unbroken Double Unders! We will establish a baseline by giving you some time in class to figure out how many double unders in a row you can do now, and every day attempt a new PR. At the end of the month, we will award some prizes for most consecutive and most improved. Here are the rules:

1. Double Unders must be performed at Foundry. 

2. You must "check in"  on Facebook and/or Instagram and post a video of the effort (preferred) or a pic of yourself or something in the gym. 

3. Honor code applies if you do not post a video.  

4. Keep the PR board up to date with your original max and your current PR.
