RX

AMRAP in 12:00

2 Rounds:

     50 ft Weighted Walking Lunge

     16 Toes to Bar

     8 Power Cleans

2 Rounds:

     50 ft Weighted Walking Lunge

     16 Bar Muscle Ups

     8 Power Cleans

Etc., alternating between Toes to Bar and Bar Muscle Ups every two rounds.

Men use 50# DBs

Women use 35# DBs

***For the Foundry Open, you must achieve 1 Bar muscle up for an RX score.*** 

 

Scale 1

AMRAP in 12:00
