Today is the day! We've been training hard, and now it's time to find out exactly how fit we are! The first CrossFit Open WOD (13.1) has been announced, and it's a combination of last years first two WODs.

AMRAP IN 17 MINUTES:
40 Burpees
30 Snatches 75/45
30 Burpees
30 Snatches 135/75
20 Burpees
30 Snatches 165/100
10 Burpees
Snatches 210/120

The first heat witll start at 5:30, so get there anytime after 4:00 and get warmed up and ready to go. We will run heats until everyone has finished the workout. If you cannot be there in the evening, you can do the WOD during any class, or let us know if you need to make other arrangements.
