Everyone seems to love having our "competitors" working out with the class. With that in mind I'm directing them to follow our gym programming. Sometimes they may add a bit of weight, or scale up a movement (pull-ups to chest to bar, for instance). If you feel like a workout is well within your capabilities and you can keep up, talk to your coach and ask if you should do so. Otherwise, see if you can keep up with them with your scaled weight, or try and beat them! You will both benefit from the push!
