Competitors: Sub 30 Muscle ups for 2 laps, or about maximum of 6:00 of MU/ring dips/Chest to Bar pull-ups/bar muscle ups/progressions, then continue with C&J, Row.


It is advised to not eat or exercise 2 hours prior to testing. Women should wear a bathing suit or compression shorts and sports bra. Men can wear briefs or compression shorts. I provide a swim cap to compress the hair. I have privacy screens that will surround the Pod which keeps the area private.
